||We have developed this well balanced, beginner matwork class containing 20 exercises and stretches for those who are not able to get to a Pilates class and still want to enjoy the benefits of continued Pilates exercises and stretches.
The small ball and the resistance band used in this workout were chosen for their effectiveness and ease of transportation.
The small ball blows up in a couple of breaths, using a short straw. They also do not take up much space when flat, even in a handbag or briefcase.
